About Grow Community Grow
Grow Community Grow is pioneering a regenerative business model to change the way creative production operates, empowering businesses, and their employees to create future, earth and people conscious events, marketing, and environments in which to work. We do this by researching, developing and implementing unique regenerative CSI solutions and growth strategies. Uplifting your business, employees, local communities and the planet in the process.
We are doing this by leading by example and practicing what we envision a company of the future to look like.
We’ve started this project by moving Grow Community Grow from Cape Town and setting up an upcycled cabin base off-grid in a farming community on the Garden Route in the Western Cape of South Africa. Here we are building a Regenerative Center to hold workshops to empower the local youth, community and public - training future regenerative warriors. Bringing impact and opportunity to a farming community and proving you can totally run a Creative Production Agency and Community Development Empire from a self-sustaining cabin on a mountain, and living a good life in service to the land and the people, and creating abundance for all - together.

The profit from our services enables us to live a lifestyle where we can empower the community around us and build our Regenerative Force for the future by providing regenerative and creative community workshops for local children, teens, community members and the public from our
Regeneration Center in Rheenendal, Knysna.
Our long term goals and wish list are:

Have our own piece of land to establish and ensure the future of a community garden, community library of things (books, cloths, tools, toys, household appliances, seeds), computer room, events and workshop hall, accommodation and facilities for employees, volunteers and events, community sports field and obstacle course, yoga and wellness facilities , reforestation program and indigenous tree nursery.

Create an internship program for talented youth from our youth workshops within our Creative Production Agency.

Continue and complete our school regeneration project - OUR DRUM IS LOVE.

Start as many regenerative and community driven small businesses as we can to empower and hand over to community members in order create sustainable abundance and opportunity within our local community.

Upcycle as much film and event building material waste into our school regeneration and community projects.

Bridge as many gaps as we can between corporate waste and regeneration space.

Introduce as much regenerative thinking into corporate events and marketing consciousness as we can.
Our permanent force is a one woman power-house who lives on site at Grow Community Grow’s Regeneration Center - where we are currently setting up our community workshop, office and volunteer facilities. We balance our time between work and tending the land, setting up our permaculture systems with the aim of generating abundance and giving back to the community around us.. We believe in a healthy work environment and part of a healthy work environment is knowing your work is having a positive impact on the planet and humanity's future.
Our extended regeneration force is a trusted, tested, handpicked and experienced pool of creative, education, permaculture and wellness experts that span across the country and work on a contract basis.
Grow Community Grow ensures deadlines are met, projects are managed, communication is responsive and product quality is “Green” - Fresh, Healthy and Future Thinking.
For now all our corporate work brings in the money, and sustains the dream of creating sustainable abundance around us. We’re in the process of sorting out our PBO’s and Section 18A’s, but SARS is sometimes too SARS, and it’s a process at this point, we’re pushing through, and in the meantime not letting it get in the way of the mission.

Where It All Began
Grow Community Grow was born on the border of Limpopo and Botswana on a volunteer mission at a counter-poaching unit. A brave start to a big idea.
